Integrated with C.M Ayres's internal technology, the work-in-progress page allows clients to view real-time project updates. Features such as horizontal scrolling, interactive hover effects, and the “C.M Ayres” logo used as a background texture create a cohesive, on-brand experience that is immersive, engaging, and informative.


The C.M Ayres website now features a sleek, contemporary design that highlights innovative brand elements and dynamic, interactive experiences, keeping visitors  engaged and well informed.

Real-time project update integration delivers greater transparency into ongoing work, while strategic SEO enhancements have driven measurable improvements in keyword rankings. In parallel, targeted social and paid media campaigns—supported by new ad formats and streamlined lead management—have produced notable increases in conversions and overall marketing performance.

Currently, 59 high-value keywords hold top-10 positions on Google, a significant improvement from having no ranked keywords prior to working with OTLM.

C.M Ayres experienced a strong performance month, generating 10 tracked Google leads and achieving the lowest cost per click of the year at $3.47, driven in part by video-based campaigns. The highest-performing keyword, “local patio builders,” produced 5 leads, while the “patios” ad group delivered 15 leads, demonstrating effective targeting and intent-driven traffic.

SEO and paid media efforts advanced significantly with the rollout of new advertising channels, including YouTube, Microsoft Ads, Local Services Ads (LSAs), and Facebook Lead Generation campaigns.

In addition, OTLM implemented a custom integration connecting Squarespace forms directly to C.M Ayres’s CRM (Buildertrend), enabling streamlined, automated lead capture and management without manual intervention.
